When You Wear Every Hat, You Learn to Balance More Than Just Budgets

When You Wear Every Hat, You Learn to Balance More Than Just Budgets

Starting a business is a bit like starring in your own ensemble show. 🎭 You’re not just the CEO, but also the CFO, CMO, IT department, and sometimes, the ones making coffee at 2 AM (usually with too much sugar).

We remember the early days of Klavan Security, realizing just how many hats we were all wearing. It was a Tuesday—or maybe Thursday, because that’s when the printer decided to act like it had feelings.

One minute we were troubleshooting the company Wi-Fi, the next we were drafting cybersecurity policies (and explaining to our families that "virtual" in Virtual CISO doesn’t mean we’re playing video games). It's all part of the hustle. But as the business grew, we quickly realized that sometimes the best hat to wear is the one that fits just right.

That’s where we come in. Our role as a fractional and virtual CISO allows business owners to focus on growth, while we take care of the cybersecurity side of things—whether it’s building a robust security strategy from the ground up or managing day-to-day risks.

Because let’s face it: when you’re running a business, you need to trust that someone else has your back (and your data) while you focus on taking your company to new heights.

Curious about how a fractional CISO (Chief Information Security Officer) could make life easier for you and your business? Let’s talk!
